TBS LLC Launches Financial Managers Module for Claritas, Its Next-Generation Deltek Reporting Tool.

February 17, 2011 – Building upon its well-received Claritas smart reporting tool for Deltek products launched late last year, today Technology and Business Solutions LLC released Claritas for Financial Managers – SaaS software optimized specifically for accounting professionals that delivers instant contract profit and fee analysis with no additional training or report customization required.

Part of TBS’s Cloud-based suite to enhance Deltek delivery, Claritas for Financial Managers serves posted, unposted, and unprocessed costs, fees and profit data directly from Deltek GCS Premier® and Time & ExpenseTM via the TBS Enterprise Cloud. The TBS cloud is the largest, most secure (SSL, AES 256 data encryption) hosting environment for Deltek products, providing the most robust audit-compliant platform available, SAS 70 Type II, MA 201, SOX.

Centered around an intuitive dashboard display, Claritas for Financial Managers features graphical “stoplights” for an instant read on the status of all journals and subledgers, informing users at a glance about unprocessed or unposted data. The dashboard also includes fraud alerts to instantly flag any discrepancies between stored vendor names and those used for cash disbursements. Contract budget, cost and fee data is analyzed in both single- and multi-project views, gathered by current period or year-to-date, and grouped by company, division or project. The result is unparalleled contract control and understanding for Financial Managers.
